Refund and Return Policy
POLICY VIOLATIONS

Anyone attempting to violate our policies will also be subject to prosecution and will be required to respond to a complaint of attempted fraud.

Once the product has been shipped, any attempt to cancel an order or obtain a refund from your financial institution without contacting us will be considered FRAUD and you will have to respond to a complaint from our company.

Returns policy
Our return policy lasts for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Certain types of merchandise cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. Similarly, we do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or substances, or flammable liquids or gases.

Other items that cannot be returned:
* Gift cards
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase without informing us first.
In some cases, only partial refunds will be granted: (where applicable)
* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for any reason not due to an error on our part.
* Any item returned more than 15 days after delivery.


Refunds (where applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also let you know whether your refund is approved or refused.
If approved, your refund will be processed and your original credit card or payment method will be credited automatically within a few days.

Delayed or missing refunds (where applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Then contact your bank. The posting of a refund is often preceded by a processing delay.

Exchanges (where applicable)
We will only replace items that are initially defective or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, please email us at support@shinnge.com.

Shipping
To return your product, you must contact us. Our postal address on the website is not our return address.

You are responsible for shipping costs related to the return of your item. They are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item worth more than €50, we recommend that you use a tracking service or have your shipment insured. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
